The internal lock on the room door was absent, providing zero security which is concerning. The hotel was like a youth hostel with odd decor, thin walls resulting in noise disturbances, and an overpriced breakfast that lacked quality. The absence of hot water during a stay is inexcusable, leaving guests unable to shower for days at a premium rate.

The location was convenient and excellent, in a business district of Stuttgart, convenient to go everywhere. You can find Reishaus minutes from the hotel to a have lunch. My room was clean and cosy and had an electronic key card, multi-channel TV and a writing desk. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I was impressed with the pancake machine during breakfast. It added a playful touch that my family loved! The proximity to both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations enhanced our travel experience. Plus, the free fresh coffee and tea available in the lobby created a warm, cute atmosphere throughout our stay.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms were a highlight. My Standard Twin Room had air conditioning, a tv, and a walk-in shower. The metro station Jurastrasse is super close. Breakfast was solid too. Plus, there's laundry service, helpful. I loved the attentive staff, especially during the laundry mix-up situation.

Room was super spacious with a fantastic private bathroom. the location was great, being near an Underground train station, and the bed was incredibly comfy.
